Privacy Policy

Effective July 4, 2026

RISE Event Labor ("RISE," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through riseeventlabor.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Crew applications ( /apply): name, email, phone number, mailing address, whether you are over 18, whether you hold a valid driver's license, whether you have a vehicle, how you heard about us, and an optional resume upload.
  • Client and staffing inquiries ( /inquire): name, email, phone number, the type and size of event, additional event details, and an optional file upload (e.g., a labor plan).
  • Crew onboarding and payroll: if you are onboarded as crew, our third-party platforms (see "Third-Party Services" below) collect additional information such as direct deposit and tax details directly from you.

How We Use Your Information

  • To evaluate and process crew applications and job placements
  • To respond to client and staffing inquiries
  • To schedule, communicate with, and pay crew members
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of our site
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Third-Party Services

We use LASSO, a third-party crew management platform, to schedule shifts and communicate with crew members, and a separate payroll provider to process direct deposit. Information you submit through onboarding may be shared with these providers strictly to deliver those services. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process standard technical logs (such as IP address and request metadata) as part of delivering the site.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are limited to what's required for the site to function (for example, remembering your language preference).

Data Retention

We retain application and inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate it, staff open roles, and meet our legal and tax recordkeeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing welcome@riseeventlabor.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
